Your Steam account will now be linked with your ESO account! You can now log into the game and play by simply launching the game from your Steam Library. Note: only one ESO account can be linked to a Steam account.
Only way is to buy the game on Steam, and transfer all the stuff you have. All DLC’s, Morrowind and crownstore stuff has to be rebought in the steam-version. Linking your existing ESO account to Steam would mean that all account management is done through Steam so buying crowns and ESO plus are handle through Steam.

Unfortunately, The Elder Scrolls Online does not support cross platform play between PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Further, the game hosts separate servers for each platform, meaning you’ll only ever run into players that are on the same system as you are.

The only way to link your Bethesda account to Steam is through the Bethesda website. Unfortunately, the Bethesda launcher does not allow you to create this link, even though some games allow it to be made in-game. Click on the empty box and select Steam.
